Ideally experience leading a private client team/supervising staff DAY TO DAY Oversee a team of 5-8 staff from Fee Earners to Support staff including monitoring and supporting them and ensuring fee earners meet their targets. Ensuring they are progressing and developing in their careers. Time recording Maintain up to date electronic files Compliance with company policies.
