You’ll also mentor junior lawyers and support staff, helping to build a strong, cohesive team that reflects your standards and approach.

The firm has invested in modern, well-equipped offices and takes pride in a friendly, non-corporate culture. You’ll have the resources you need, the space to make decisions, and the trust to get on with the job. They value people who combine technical skill with a commercial mindset, and who genuinely enjoy building long-term client relationships. If you’ve got a STEP qualification (or you’re working towards one), even better.
