The team collaborates closely with Underwriting, Distribution, Operations, Marketing, Reserving, and Finance. It is split into ''Technical'' and ''Product Facing'' analysts.This role requires an experienced Pricing Leader to develop market-leading pricing capabilities and technologies within Hiscox UK. You will lead pricing transformation initiatives and shape our future pricing strategy.As Head of Pricing Transformation, you will act as the SME for pricing change programs, build out our long-term roadmap, and define strategic direction to deliver profitable growth.This role does not require actuarial qualifications.What you’ll be doing

Leading pricing change programs, especially building a unified rules and rating engine.Estimating the value of initiatives to prioritize developments.Bringing external best practices to the team.Collaborating with stakeholders to align pricing transformation with business objectives.Person Specification

Hiscox values a collaborative, decision-making, and innovative approach.
