Head of Pricing Hybrid Senior Leadership Role Competitive PackageAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pricing and monetisation leader to join a growing technology business undergoing significant commercial and platform transformation.This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and evolving pricing strategy across a broad portfolio of software, platform and service offerings. Working closely with Product, Finance, Sales and Executive leadership, you will play a key role in driving scalable recurring revenue growth, improving commercial governance and supporting long-term business strategy.Key Responsibilities• Define and lead pricing and monetisation strategy across multiple revenue streams• Develop scalable pricing frameworks, packaging models and commercial structures aligned to customer value and business objectives• Support the transition towards modern recurring revenue and SaaS-aligned commercial models• Build governance processes that improve pricing consistency, commercial visibility and margin performance• Partner closely with Product, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure pricing strategy supports growth and customer retention objectives• Analyse pricing performance, customer behaviour and market trends to identify optimisation opportunities• Deliver pricing insights, reporting and recommendations to senior leadership• Drive improvements in pricing operations, commercial discipline and exception managementExperience Required• Proven ..... full job details .....
