Head of Practice Standards and Compliance Location: Kettering Full-Time, Permanent Are you a proactive leader with a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing national practice as part of the Shared Services Senior Management Team, where you''ll play a key role in shaping business operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, environmental management, and health and safety are maintained across the organisation. Working closely with senior leadership and supporting teams across seven UK offices, you''ll lead the Practice Standards Team, oversee crucial compliance frameworks, and drive initiatives that support the continued success and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop the Practice Standards Team. Mentor and support the Bid and Marketing teams. Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Coordinate and facilitate annual IMS reviews across the business. Organise and support both internal and external audits. Manage supplier approvals and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs). Review, update and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and standard practice templates. Administer and develop the company intranet using Microsoft SharePoint.
