Hybrid/WarwickshireExcellent Salary and BenefitsFlexible working and Fantastic cultureMy client, a leading regional Legal practice, is looking to recruit a Head of Practice for Private Clients (Wills/Probate/Trusts). In this role, you will actively drive growth of the practice through effective leadership of an established team that energises and motivates individuals to deliver excellent client service, using efficient regulatory working practices. The role comes with a direct career path to Partner level.Job Responsibilities:Lead a Private Client team - Wills/Probate/Trusts.Support the development and delivery of a business plan for the team/group by identifying actions to drive profitable growth.Secure profitable new clients through networking and cross-sell opportunities, whilst increasing the Firm’s profile.Create and deliver a pipeline to ensure a continual flow of profitable work for team members.Drive a culture of cross selling and support business development activities.Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents value for money.Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms such as Lawsoft, Visualfiles, Worksite and InterAction by ensuring they are updated in a timely manner.Actively drive key projects, ensuring that the targeted deliverables and benefits are achieved.Provide coaching and training for individuals to maximise talent development.About you:Robust background in Private Client arena - Wills/Probate/Trusts.Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.Experience of leading teams to achieve financial and service delivery targets, with a track record of improving financial performance.Leadership skills, coaching and mentoring.Able to build and manage client portfolios, generating work for self and team.Able to plan workloads and resources effectively.Strategic thinking.Excellent client care and client support skills.Competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days), pension, private healthcare, training and development, life assurance, healthcare scheme, subsidised gym membership, hybrid working, on-site parking, canteen and an active social committee.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustriesLaw Practice and Legal ..... full job details .....
