This is a high-impact leadership role where you''ll take ownership of project governance, customer onboarding and delivery execution, building a scalable PMO function while acting as the key link between customers, technical teams and service operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a rapidly scaling organisation delivers its services. You''ll have the autonomy to build processes, influence strategy and work directly with senior leadership, while leading the successful onboarding of complex cyber security platforms and services for high-profile customers across regulated sectors. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead project governance, reporting frameworks and PMO best practices across the business. Drive end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and cyber service implementation projects. Act as the primary point of contact for customer project managers and key stakeholders. Coordinate technical, onboarding and operational teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Provide clear visibility of project health, risks, dependencies, resourcing and delivery performance.
