Deliver. Scale. Escape is recruiting for a senior project leader to take ownership of a growing PMO function within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This is a key leadership role sitting close to the Site Leadership Team, with real influence over delivery, performance and future growth. You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, customer-facing projects while helping shape how the PMO operates as the business expands. Initially hands-on, this role has clear scope to build and lead a project management team over time. You will be someone who naturally drives results and takes ownership and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
