Head of PMO (Contract)Location: Southampton (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)IR35 Status: Outside IR35Rate: Competitive (DOE)Start Date: ASAPOverview:We are currently supporting a well-established organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and are now looking to appoint an experienced Head of PMO to help stabilise, lead, and evolve the PMO function during a critical phase of change and growth.This is not a role for someone purely academic or process-driven on paper. The business is specifically looking for a hands-on PMO leader who has previously entered organisations where the PMO function was underperforming, lacking structure, or failing to operate effectively - and successfully transformed it into a high-performing, well-governed, delivery-focused environment.The successful candidate will be energetic, highly organised, commercially aware, and capable of operating at pace within a fast-moving transformation environment.
