Reporting to the Director, you will lead contract and delivery teams, ensuring programmes are well resourced, commercially controlled and delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple planned works and void contracts across social housing. Manage and develop contract managers, site teams, direct labour and subcontractors. Oversee programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, and decorating. Drive improved void turnaround times and first-time client acceptance. Maintain control of budgets, forecasts, WIP, variations and profitability. Monitor programme, quality, productivity and client performance.
