The team now require a new Head of Philanthropy and Prospectus is delighted to lead the search. Head of Philanthropy £65,000 Permanent Hybrid, 3 days a week in the London office The Head of Philanthropy is a fantastic and unique opportunity to lead a global major door programme within one of the world''s most respected youth charities. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of the World Fellowship, the network of high value donors who are passionate and generous about enabling young people to discover their infinite potential. The role combines a healthy mix of strategic development, senior relationship management, and international fundraising at the five and six figure gift level. The selected candidate will have a proven track record of strategic philanthropy experience, who thrives on building powerful, trust-based relationships with HNWI supporters and senior stakeholders. You will have experience of securing gifts at the five and six figure level and will inspire others through a coaching, empowering style of fundraising leadership.
