Are you looking for a part time role?We are working exclusively with this social welfare charity to recruit this key role, this is an exciting time to join the charity as they look to deliver their new strategy.As the Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships you will inspire, and lead, income generation from corporate partnerships and philanthropists. You will lead and line manage established and high performing teams, creating the culture for them to deliver their very best.£50,000 pro rata (£40,000 actual), 28 hours per weekThe Company:A passionate charity dedicated to helping people in very difficult circumstances, from family support and counselling, to a free helpline and specialist services. The Role:Senor lead for developing pipelines of corporate partners and philanthropists to meet, and exceed, income targets. Be a key external relationship cultivator, steward, and networker, personally cultivating, stewarding, account managing high value donors, partnerships and Fundraising Board(s). Preparing senior staff, including Chief Executive, to also steward and nurture future support, donations and partnerships. Short and long-term planning, prioritisation, income modelling, targets, budgets and reforecasting.
