Located Near to Wellingborough, Our Client are Seeking an Experienced Head of Pharmaceutical Operations, who will Provide Leadership for the UK Manufacturing Site, with Accountability for Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, People Leadership and Site Performance whilst Ensuring Safe, Compliant and Efficient Site Operations and Driving Operational Excellence, Productivity, Continuous Improvement and Strategic Growth ROLE Site Leadership and Operational Strategy Production and Manufacturing Leadership Engineering, Facilities and Supply Chain Quality, Regulatory and Compliance Financial and Commercial Accountability People Leadership and Culture REQUIRED Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences or Related Discipline Significant Senior Leadership Experience within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations Strong Experience Leading Production Operations and Site Performance within Highly Regulated Manufacturing Environments Proven Track Record Managing MHRA and FDA Regulated Sites and Inspection Readiness Experience In Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Engineering and People Leadership Strong Commercial Awareness, Strategic Thinking and Stakeholder Management Skills ..... full job details .....
