This is a high-impact position responsible for maximising funding opportunities, driving organisational planning, and delivering robust performance management frameworks.Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the MIS function.Lead the funding strategy, ensuring accurate returns, compliance with funding body requirements, and optimisation of income.Oversee strategic planning and performance management, translating organisational goals into measurable outcomes.Manage and develop frameworks for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making.Provide expert insight and assurance to senior leaders, and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, audit, and assurance frameworks.Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.Experience required:You will be a confident and analytical leader with a strong track record in funding, planning, and performance management, ideally within education or a similarly regulated environment.Proven experience in funding, planning, performance, or financial strategyStrong ..... full job details .....
