Head of People | Retail Brand | London (Hybrid)

We''re partnered with a premium retail brand, known for its quality, customer experience and heritage, as they look to appoint an experienced Head of People at an exciting point of growth and transformation.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a key part in shaping what the future of the brand looks like from the inside out. You''ll be given a huge amount of autonomy, with real opportunity to shape both the role and wider People agenda.

The business is also due to implement a new HR system later this year, so experience supporting systems implementation or transformation would be highly advantageous. Alongside this, it''s a genuinely fun, fast-paced and collaborative environment to be part of.

The Role

As Head of People, you''ll lead the People strategy across both retail and head office, ensuring the business is set up for continued growth through the lens of culture, talent, development and engagement.

Working closely with senior leaders, you''ll act as a true business partner and trusted advisor, helping to shape a People function that supports high performance, attracts brilliant talent and champions an inclusive, supportive culture.

There is a real opportunity here to influence, inspire and build something long-term.

What we''re looking for:

* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within retail or another customer-focused environment

* A strong understanding of premium customer expectations and how this translates into a people-first culture

* A commercial and strategic mindset, whilst still being happy to roll your sleeves up when needed

* A natural leadership presence - someone people connect with, trust and feel inspired by

* Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading people change with both impact and sensitivity
