      <description>Location: City | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Head of People, Operations and Culture  Location: Swindon based multi-site role (travel required)  Salary: Circa £55,000 (depending on experience)  Working Hours:  Monday Thursday: 9:30am 5:00pm  Friday: 9:30am 4:00pm  About the Company  We are a growing Swindon-based engineering, manufacturing and facilities management business employing over 100 staff across multiple operational locations.   Working across commercial, industrial and specialist sectors, the company continues to expand and is now seeking an experienced and practical individual to support the Managing Director and senior leadership team in improving operational structure, people management, recruitment coordination, communication and overall business organisation.   This is not a heavily corporate HR role. The business already retains outsourced HR and employment law support.
