We are working with a large, complex, multi-site organisation to recruit a Head of People who will lead its ER and Talent functions. This is a highly visible senior role, combining strategic leadership with operational oversight and giving you the opportunity to influence organisational performance, employee experience and the future direction of the People function. What the Head of People job involves You will take ownership of the delivery of the People strategy and ensure it translates into clear workforce plans, effective people practices and measurable outcomes across the organisation. Leading, developing and performance-managing the People and Talent teams, with clear accountability, succession planning and continuous professional development.
