What You Will Do:- Act as a trusted HR and Head of People to the CEO, providing strategic advice and supporting business objectives.- Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company''s ambitious growth plans.- Partner with senior leaders to ensure organisational capability evolves in line with business expansion.- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and wellbeing.- Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.- Drive organisational change, ensuring people strategies align with growth in the defence sector. What You Will Bring:- Chartered Membership or Fellowship of the CIPD (Level 7 or equivalent).- Demonstrable experience in developing leadership capabilities and embedding high-performance cultures.- Proven track record in senior HR roles, such as Head of HR or People Director.- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation in fast-paced environments.
