Head of People (Interim - 12 Months)
An established retail brand is seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term basis.This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering the end-to-end People and Talent agenda across a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. Reporting into the executive team, you will play a key role in driving organisational performance, embedding a high-performing culture, and enabling business growth through commercially focused people strategies.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the development and execution of a holistic People Strategy, ensuring alignment across the full employee lifecycle. You will oversee Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Reward and People Operations, ensuring these functions operate effectively and deliver measurable impact.As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will bring a strong commercial and people-focused perspective to business decisions while leading and developing a high-performing People team.
