This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, working in an ever changing environment, in a role giving full oversight and autonomy over the HR strategy and function. The Role The Head of People will lead and drive the people strategy across the organisation, operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Finance Director . You will provide both strategic and operational leadership across all areas of Human Resources, ensuring the people agenda supports the wider business objectives and promotes a high-performance, inclusive and engaged culture.
