Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the services sector.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management processes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent for the organisation.
- Provide guidance on employment law and ensure compliance across the company.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support change management processes to drive business growth and transformation.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Profile
A successful Human Resources professional should have:
- A strong background in HR within a matrix environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies at an organisational level.
- Strong experience of change initiative in multi site environments.
- Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in of partnering c-suite execs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to analyse data and deliver strategic insights to drive decision-making.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to complex HR challenges.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from -95,000 to -110,000 per annum.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including -8,000 car allowance.
