Reporting to the Executive Director, you will become the senior people specialist and trusted adviser, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, policy development, organisational culture and learning. Working closely with senior leaders and Trustees, you''ll help strengthen people practice, build management capability and embed sustainable ways of working across the organisation.
