It''s now looking for an experienced Head of People and Culture to help shape its next stage of growth. This is a broad role combining strategic people leadership with hands-on HR. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you''ll help strengthen culture, engagement, leadership and development, while ensuring the people function runs effectively. The role Lead and develop the people and culture strategy. Help embed a strong culture of shared ownership, trust and accountability. Develop learning, development and career pathways across the business. Coach and support managers to lead effectively and confidently. Provide pastoral support to employees, creating a culture where people feel heard, supported and able to thrive. Partner with senior leaders on organisational development, change and team effectiveness. Oversee recruitment, performance, employee relations and HR processes.
