Head of People and Culture

We have been retained by a specialist manufacturing company based in the Greater Manchester area to source a Head of People and Culture to establish the overall people strategy for the business. A fantastic opportunity to help to implement and drive improvements across a growing SME Manufacturer, that is now part of a larger group. Heading up a small team, you will establish an effective strategy to improve the business culture: Deliver a culture change programme across all aspects of this thriving manufacturing business. Working with other SLT members to facilitate HR best practice across all areas. Develop effective hiring, induction and retention strategies. Establish a culture based around respect and pride. Working cross functionally, as a key member of the SMT, in supporting and facilitating the growth of the business. An experienced HR or People leader, you will have experience in establishing people-based strategies in a manufacturer or distributor. You will be proactive, engaging and credible in your field. Proven ability in leading OR being an integral part of a culture change programme is key. An effective leader, you will inspire and motivate the people around you.
