Payroll Leadership and Operations Manager- £60k-£70k Reed Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with one of Northern Ireland''s most well-known and respected organisations. Our client has an exciting new vacancy for an experience Payroll Leadership and Operations Manager to join their team.This role requires a deep understanding of payroll legislation and a strong capability in managing complex payroll systems and processes.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the delivery of five distinct payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant legislation.Manage complex payroll operations including manual calculations, cross-border tax considerations, and multi-frequency payrolls.Maintain payroll data integrity across all systems, ensuring accurate processing of starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.Oversee the production and distribution of all payroll documentation.Ensure robust payroll governance, compliance, and control systems are in place.Partner with Finance for reconciliations, budgeting, and cross-functional governance.Manage pension transactions, contributions, and reporting for five pension schemes.Act as the lead for payroll systems, supporting enhancements and the deployment of new functionalities.Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes, automation, and operational efficiency.Serve as the senior point of contact for all payroll queries, providing guidance and building strong relationships with internal ..... full job details .....
