Job Overview   You will lead, manage, and develop and inspire a payroll and HR team as well as support and lead various projects across payroll and HR.      Day to Day Responsibilities:    Managing a medium size payroll team who are responsible for paying around 6000 employees across various pay frequencies  Strategic involvement and effective decision making that promotes continuous improvement.  Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and procedures.  Support Group reporting  Provide leadership and development opportunities for the payroll team.
