What You ll Be Doing Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you ll take full operational and commercial responsibility for a 40+ person business unit. You ll: Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team Own the PandL and drive sustainable, profitable growth Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Shape culture, performance, and long-term strategy This role offers genuine ownership you ll run the business as if it were your own.
