This company are a leading operations and maintenance contractor within the solar sector. They are seeing a period of impressive growth having established themselves as a leader in the industry. Due to this ongoing growth, they are looking to bring in a Head of O&M.

Your role within the company will involve overseeing all operations and maintenance functions within the business. This will include ensuring contractual obligations of delivery are met such as completion time, health and safety, financial and quality of work. Due to this being a figure head role, you will be required to visit UK sites to meet teams and collaborate where required.

The ideal candidate for this role will have background working on Battery storage projects and will have a strong technical understanding. You will have experience in a senior leadership role and will come from an engineering background which will provide you the knowledge to relay onto junior staff.
