Head of Operations

We are recruiting for a Head of Operations for the Hampshire and Sussex are for a major client of ours who are a seriously big player in their field. This is a full time, permanent position offering up to £75k DOE + full ops tool kit (vehicle, phone, laptop, etc.) About the Role You''ll be stepping into a senior operational leadership role where safety, people, and delivery standards sit front and centre. This is a fast paced, multi-site environment that needs a Head of Operations who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. This role needs someone who can keep the engine running smoothly while driving performance, compliance, and commercial success. As Head of Operations you''ll be owning: Strategic Leadership and Operational Control Oversee day-to-day operations across the region, keeping everything aligned with business goals. Drive strategic improvements that boost efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate service delivery. Stay ahead of industry changes, compliance requirements, and best practice. Make smart use of people, kit, and resources to maximise productivity. Own commercial performance including PandL, budgets, targets, the whole lot! Performance, KPIs and Continuous Improvement Analyse performance data and turn insights into action. Champion a culture of improvement, innovation, and proactive problem solving.
