Working across field-based technical teams and office-based support functions, you''ll bring greater consistency, accountability and efficiency while playing a key role in the senior leadership team.Key Responsibilities Lead operational performance across service delivery, scheduling and administration. Develop high-performing teams and strengthen accountability. Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth. Introduce technology, automation and AI to improve efficiency. Establish meaningful performance measures and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. About You Proven experience leading operational teams across field-based, NOC/Service centres and office-based environments. Strong track record of driving organisational change and improving performance. Able to engage and influence people through periods of change. Experience implementing AI, automation or technology-led improvements. Commercially aware, customer-focused and growth oriented.
