Head of Operations

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you''ll take overall responsibility for operational performance across the site. Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, QHSE, Inventory and Customer teams, you''ll develop and execute strategic plans that deliver exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, financial performance and colleague engagement. You''ll be a visible leader who creates a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance while ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and customer-focused.This is a full-time, permanent role, working predominately Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required.Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00 annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
