Head of Operations

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Head of Operations to lead and develop a high-performing operation within a growing, multi-business organisation. Significant experience within logistics, warehousing or 3PL is essential. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving operational excellence, scaling the operation and building the infrastructure, processes and capability required to support significant future growth. The successful candidate will lead operational teams across warehousing and logistics, drive continuous improvement and productivity, and play a key role in the development of a new warehouse operation, automation and technology-led improvements.
