We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead a high-performing engineering manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to oversee operations, drive efficiency, and support business growth.

What you’ll be doing as the Head of Operations:

• Leading all aspects of site operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and workforce management.

• Driving operational excellence, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement.

• Managing budgets, performance metrics, and alignment with organisational objectives.

• Supporting the development and motivation of direct and indirect reports.

• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Who we’re looking for in the appointed Head of Operations:

• Candidates with experience in engineering or electromechanical manufacturing.

• Experience working for businesses with a turnover of 20M.

• Proven track record in plant/site management, leading sizeable teams and operations.

• Steady career progression with strong leadership and operational experience.

Package: Up to £100,000 per year plus bonus, benefits, relocation package, and signing-on bonus.
