Head of Operations and Development

We are looking for a Head of Operations and Development to play a key leadership role in a creative, community-focused Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. This is a hands-on role combining leadership of day-to-day operations with responsibility for income generation through funding applications, grants, and tenders. You will play a central role in strengthening how we work and ensuring we have the systems, resources, and funding needed to deliver our programmes and grow sustainably. About Gazebo Gazebo is a diverse arts organisation based in Wolverhampton and an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. We have a fantastic programme of Theatre in Education, community arts, out-of-school activities, professional touring theatre, and creative training.
