Head of Operational Resilience (Contract) - Financial Services / HybridRobert Half International (an SandP 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a leading Financial Services organisation in the search for an experienced Head of Operational Resilience to lead a critical resilience programme. Working closely with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), this role will drive Operational Resilience maturity, regulatory self-assessments, governance activity, and remediation initiatives across the business.Assignment Details:Initial 6-9 month contract (strong likelihood of extension)Start Date: Mid to End of JulyLocation: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)Rate: Competitive day rate via PAYE (Inside IR35)Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the Operational Resilience function and associated workstreamsManage and enhance Operational Resilience self-assessment activitiesWork closely with the CRO and senior stakeholders across Risk, Technology, and OperationsPrepare and present materials to governance forums, approval boards, and executive committeesDrive remediation activities relating to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity findingsAssess and strengthen resilience controls, processes, and operating modelsProvide programme reporting, risk updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipRequired Experience:Financial Services experience is essentialProven experience leading an Operational Resilience function or major resilience programmeStrong experience delivering ..... full job details .....
