Head of Operational Excellence

Responsibilities:• Responsible for leading process improvement activities and staff in support of CSL and industry best practices• Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies• Establishes and implements processes supporting global standardization and reporting strategies• Oversees training, communications and development of subject matter experts who provide operational support• Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success• Manages and continuously improves operational processes to maintain target performance levelsQualifications:• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred• 8+ years'' experience in process management• Demonstrated project leadership/management experience• Proven experience in in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and qualification• Six sigma project leadership/participation• Experience within a regulated industry/global matrix organization preferredDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
