Adapt global omnichannel strategy to regional needs and market contexts.
Represent regional insights to shape global strategies and services.
Guide affiliates based on digital maturity without enforcing a one-size-fits-all approach.
Provide hands-on support to local affiliates when needed, especially in markets with low digital maturity or limited resources.
Promote adoption of Omnichannel Hub services across affiliates.
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning local, regional, and global goals.
Surface local needs to influence the capability roadmap at the global level.
Share best practices among affiliates to foster cross-market learning.
Facilitate effective communication between affiliates and global teams.
Monitor campaign execution and digital maturity to drive ongoing improvement.
