Overview
The Head of Nuclear Medicine and Imaging role works closely with the Senior Leadership Team, to support leadership for the CSD Diagnostics Directorate. The role will be pivotal in fostering a cohesive multidisciplinary team and a culture of learning and innovation, underpinned by the Trust''s WeCare Values. This role will support a multi-disciplinary specialty team of staff in strategically delivering the priorities, goals and objectives agreed with the Clinical Lead and the Barts Clinical Support Service Director across the following domains: Well Led, Responsive, Safe, Effective, Caring.The postholder will be accountable for the operational management of the department, overall performance of the team and services in delivering national and local health care priorities, ensuring safe, efficient and quality services, and improving patient experience.Main duties
