The successful candidate will evolve the strategy to strengthen market presence, develop a robust pipeline, and support retention activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and motivate the New Business team to achieve targets and objectives.Manage relationships with key advisers, develop new business opportunities, and oversee implementation into BAU.Build relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and advisers, to ensure service meets/exceeds expectations and to evolve offerings.Use commercial awareness to develop competitive proposals; act as escalation point internally and externally.Define and evolve the New Business strategy aligned with growth ambitions, ensuring adequate resources.Enhance market presence through visibility at industry events like PLSA, Corporate Adviser Summit, and internal events such as Thinking Forward.What are we looking for?We Are Looking For The Right Person Who:Has a proven track record in a senior Workplace DC Sales role, with demonstrated success against targets.Can establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.Can lead a virtual team with dispersed colleagues.Can manage conflicting demands under pressure.Can confidently represent Standard Life at key meetings and client pitches for new business and retention.We Want To Hire The Whole Version Of You.We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
