This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to take on the role of Head of New Business, driving growth and developing strong relationships with new landlords. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, securing instructions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for every new property.You will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the wider office to deliver the outstanding service our client is known for, while playing a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s future portfolio.Responsibilities
Proactively generate new landlord leads through networking, marketing, and referralsConduct accurate and engaging market appraisals to win new instructionsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsNegotiate terms and convert leads into signed agreementsIdentify opportunities to expand the managed portfolio and increase revenue streamsRepresent the business at local networking events and within the communityWork collaboratively with property management and lettings teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding processKey Skills and Experience
Proven experience in lettings, business development, or a similar property-related roleStrong track record of meeting or exceeding targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and commercially awareKnowledge of the Bristol lettings market (preferred but not essential)Full UK driving licence and own vehicleSeniority level
