About the Role My client is a pioneer in seamless IoT connectivity, managing millions of active SIMs worldwide. With a network built primarily in-house, they enable Partners to deliver reliable and innovative IoT solutions across multiple industries. As the Head of Networks, you will take charge of designing, deploying, and maintaining the core network and infrastructure, ensuring it operates efficiently to support groundbreaking IoT solutions. This leadership role includes mentoring a skilled team of telecom and infrastructure engineers. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Mobile Core Network (HLR/HSS, STP/DRA, PGW, IMS) and underlying infrastructure (Switching, Routing, Data Centers, Servers). Oversee the connectivity management platform, including Radius, OCS, and BSS. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of telecom and infrastructure engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring seamless operations and acting as the key escalation point.
