This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher and leader to inspire students through engaging and creative lessons while driving excellence in music education across KS3 KS5.Role Overview: Teach Music across KS3 KS5Lead and develop the Music department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learningPlan and deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessonsOrganise and promote extracurricular music activities, performances, and eventsMonitor student progress and implement strategies to raise achievementContribute to curriculum development and departmental initiativesMaintain a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualificationExperience teaching Music at secondary levelPrevious leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership roleStrong classroom management and organisational skillsPassionate about high-quality teaching and student achievementExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Benefits: Competitive salary between £38,766 £60,092 depending on experienceSupportive and collaborative school ..... full job details .....
