This is a senior leadership role at the heart of a national movement. You''ll lead the strategy, relationships and delivery behind their accreditation programmes, ensuring employers not only join, but stay engaged and drive meaningful improvements in working conditions. You''ll also play a key role in shaping wider organisational strategy as part of the senior leadership team. You''ll be a confident leader, with experience working across national and local delivery or community-led approaches, who can operate at scale, with a track record of delivering strategy through teams. You''ll have strong commercial awareness, experience developing partnerships or new income streams, and understand what motivates employers, able to lead complex programmes with clear outcomes.
