This is an exciting time to join a business undergoing significant investment and transformation, with ambitious plans to grow its membership base and modernise its customer and loyalty proposition.Head of MembershipSalary - 75,000 - 80,000 DOE Very generous car allowance5% employer pension contribution25 days plus bank holidayDiscounts across hospitality and retailersPrivate medical insuranceFree parkingLife assuranceThe successful candidate will take ownership of the membership product strategy, including segmentation, pricing, benefits, and loyalty frameworks. You will play a key role in driving acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, IT, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless and commercially effective membership experience.This is a senior, high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape a core product within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.Key Responsibilities:Own and develop the end-to-end membership product strategyDefine membership tiers, pricing, and value propositionsLead segmentation strategy to support acquisition and retentionDesign and implement loyalty and benefits frameworksDrive membership growth, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)Partner with Marketing, IT, and Operations to deliver ..... full job details .....
