Head of Membership Experience

Work for a charity as a Head of Membership Experience (permanent, 55,000 - 65,000 per annum, London and hybrid, 5 days per week) Membership experience is at the heart of everything they do, and this role is central to transforming that experience into one that consistently delights our core audiences at every stage of their journey. The Head of Membership Experience will lead on service and experience design for the Member, from first engagement to long-term retention. That means embedding human-centred design practices into every step of the lifecycle.
