This role will be responsible for driving online performance, leading a high-performing team, and developing strategies that enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a passion for digital performance.Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the overall marketing and digital merchandising strategy. Set the direction for all online categories and product ranges, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Executives, creating a high-performance team culture. Own digital merchandising activities, including product presentation, categorisation, and online trading initiatives. Drive sales growth through effective product placement, promotional activity, cross-selling, and upselling strategies. Manage the trading calendar, coordinating product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key promotional events. Ensure content accuracy across all digital platforms, including product imagery, descriptions, pricing, and categorisation.
