A successful masstige beauty and skincare brand is looking for a Head of Marketing to be based in London.The Role You''ll have full ownership of building and leading a high-performing marketing function, creating structure, process, and vision for a brand in a rapid growth cycle. You''ll be responsible for driving brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints (excluding PR and ecommerce), with a particular focus on digital and community engagement. You''ll play a pivotal part in preparing the brand for international expansion into the US and Australia.Key responsibilities include:
Full ownership of the marketing budget, driving ROI through smart spend and cyclical trading.Lead the execution of brand strategy across digital, social, influencer and community channels.Establish a marketing roadmap with traditional critical path and process planning.Own the customer journey across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence.Manage team of up to 7, building capabilities across paid, organic, influencer and community.Develop annual budgets, monitor PandL with senior leaders and track key performance metrics.Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and platform partners.Regulate copywriting and messaging across all marketing channels, SEO and site content.Shape the brand’s tone of voice and build replicable marketing models for international markets.Establish brand guidelines and govern digital execution with distributor partners.How You’ll Dazzle Us You’re an experienced, hands-on leader with a passion for beauty, skincare and high-impact brand building. Proven success in a senior marketing role within a fast-growing challenger or start-up brand, ideally beauty.Demonstrated experience in building and executing brand strategy that drives commercial outcomes.Strong analytical and performance reporting skills, with a data-driven mindset.Experience growing and managing multi-disciplinary teams, including recruitment and development.Solid agency, platform and media house relationship management experience.A commercial brain – you’re numerate, strategic and able to link marketing activity to PandL impact.Working knowledge of Shopify Plus and Klaviyo highly desirable.Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset.A genuine interest in skincare, ingredients and digital trends is a strong bonus!What’s Next Apply via the form ..... full job details .....
