The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Head of Manufacturing to join the Site Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future performance of one of our flagship manufacturing operations. This is a high-profile leadership position with full accountability for manufacturing operations across a large-scale, complex food production environment. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will lead through a team of Manufacturing Managers, Shift Managers and Operational Leaders, driving operational excellence, cultural transformation and sustainable business performance.
