https://www.sgscol.ac.uk/Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead the College\''s Management Information Services (MIS) teams by creating, maintaining and developing systems and processes to meet internal and external reporting requirements.Provide advice, support and guidance on college systems and processes for student data and funding to maximise quality outcomes, funding generation, growth opportunities and ensure compliance with funders and regulators.Provide leadership and management of the College\''s forecasting/planning functions associated with the College\''s student data.Provide leadership, advice and guidance on all funding related issues to managers and staff to support strategic, operational and curriculum planning decisions.Manage the student records system to maintain accurate and timely information on student enrolment, attendance, retention and achievements, as well as funding and fees generated from each.Ensure robust internal data controls, produce accurate data, and meet internal and external requirements for funders and regulators; ensure reporting requirements are met in line with strategic and operational priorities.Beneficial Skills and QualificationsProven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team of managers and corporate staff.Thorough knowledge of funding methodologies and funding streams (16-19, ASF, Apprenticeships).Experience with funding and information systems, including complex relational databases in an educational environment.Thorough knowledge of FE sector audit rules and regulations.Degree (or equivalent relevant experience at this level).English and Maths qualifications at level 2.Please apply online by: 8th September 2025Important notices
