Your new company An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to lead a high-performing management reporting function within a large and complex organisation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the management accounts team, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful financial information that supports both operational and strategic decision-making.Working as part of the senior finance leadership team, this role will play a key part in strengthening financial control, enhancing business performance and driving continuous improvement across financial reporting processes.Your new role You will be responsible for leading the management reporting function, delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making, driving reporting transformation and ensuring strong financial control across a complex multi-site organisation.
